  • General SEO and content creation utilities.

All tools are provided free of charge, with no account registration required. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service to download, collect, or scrape data in a way that violates the terms of any third-party platform (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Twitter/X).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Use any automated tool, bot, or scraper to access the Service at scale.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
  • Use the Service to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
  • Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

Violation of these rules may result in your access being blocked without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The Media Toolz name, logo, website design, code, and content are the intellectual property of Media Toolz and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Content you input into our tools (e.g., text, URLs) remains entirely your own. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not access or store tool inputs.

5. Third-Party APIs and Content

Some of our tools fetch publicly available data from third-party platforms such as YouTube and Twitter/X using their respective public APIs. Your use of these tools is also subject to the terms of those platforms:

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We do our best to keep all tools accurate and functional, but we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data retrieved from third-party platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Media Toolz and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months — which, given our service is free, is zero.

We aim to keep Media Toolz available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the Service offline for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
